Refund & Return Policy

At Snoobi, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return window You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging, with any tags still attached.

How to start a return Email us at support@shopsnoobi.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll review your request and, if approved, send you return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us, as we may be unable to process them.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable, except where an item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Return shipping costs If your return is due to our error — a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item — we'll cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, including change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at support@shopsnoobi.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no expense to you.

Exchanges If you'd like a different size, color, or item, the fastest way is to request a return for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, contact us and we'll let you know what's available.

Non-returnable items Certain items cannot be returned, including items marked as final sale or clearance, and gift cards. Any such items will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.

Order cancellations If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@shopsnoobi.com. Because we aim to process orders quickly (within 1–2 business days), we may be unable to cancel an order once it has entered processing or shipped. In that case, you can return the item under this policy once it arrives.
