Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Snoobi. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.
Order processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate email with tracking information once it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping times Estimated delivery is 5–9 business days for domestic orders and 7-10 days for international orders, beginning after the 1–2 business day processing period. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping delays We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Delivery estimates may be longer than usual during peak seasons or due to carrier disruptions.
Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders) International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before ordering.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may require additional shipping charges to resend it.
Lost or stolen packages Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Snoobi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly, and reach out to us at support@shopsnoobi.com and we'll do our best to help.
